At Modern Rentals we carry a large inventory of rental equipment for contractors.  From concrete core drills to tractor loader backhoes, we have equipment for a wide variety of jobs.

How We Rent

We rent equipment by time out, not by time used.* Most equipment has a minimum rental time of 4 hours (concrete finishing equipment has a 1 day minimum).  We also offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates.

*Equipment with an hour meter can be run for up to 8 hours per day.  Additonal hours are subject to an additional charge.
